To identify which positions you need to fill, meet with your internal team to review openings.
Create a job description
In this give a brief overview of the job responsibilities, job location including remote option if applicable, department that position belongs to and type of job like full time part time, contract, temporary. Describe the qualification required for the vacant post. Mention all the details related to experience and skills required.
Establish your budget and timeline
For each new position vacant or created there is a budget allocation based on the industry standards and as per company’s budget.
Post and promote your job internally and externally
When crafting your job ad, aim to attract candidates who will appreciate their roles, excel in them, and take pride in working for your company. Besides listing the required skills and education, include information about the salary, benefits, and your company culture. Shortlist your applicants
