Terms of Service
This Agreement is between You or the Entity You Represent (hereinafter "You" or "Your") and Crafting HR Software Solutions LLP (hereinafter "CraftingHR") governing Your use of EasyHR Software (hereinafter "EasyHR Service(s)" or "Service(s)").
1. Acceptance of the Terms
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement to accept these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you are not permitted to use the Services. You can accept these Terms by checking a checkbox, clicking a button indicating acceptance, or by using the Services.
2. Description of Service
EasyHR provides a suite of online tools for HR management and collaboration. You may use the Services for personal or business purposes. You are responsible for Internet access and the equipment required to use the Services. Content created within the Service can be managed and shared based on your preferences.
3. User Account Obligations
To use the Services, you must sign up for an account with accurate and current information. For corporate use, we recommend providing your official email address. You agree to:
- Provide true, current, and accurate information during sign-up.
- Maintain and update your information to ensure it remains accurate.
CraftingHR may terminate or suspend your account if inaccurate or false information is detected.
4. Personal Information and Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using EasyHR, you agree to the terms outlined in that document. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you detect unauthorized access, notify us at support@easyhrworld.com immediately.
5. Payment and Subscription Plans
EasyHR offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Subscriptions are auto-renewed unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
- If you wish to switch payment methods or cancel, notify us before the renewal date.
- Refunds are provided for the unused portion of the subscription in case of cancellation.
- CraftingHR reserves the right to modify subscription fees, with prior notice.
6. Inactive Account Policy
Unpaid accounts with no activity for 90 consecutive days will be terminated, and all associated data will be deleted. Prior notice will be sent via email to provide you with an opportunity to back up your data.
7. Termination of Service
Your account will remain active until the end date of the current subscription period. If you wish to terminate your account, contact us at support@easyhrworld.com. CraftingHR reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if there is any unauthorized use or violation of the Terms.
8. Modifications to Terms of Service
CraftingHR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or published on the website. If the changes substantially affect your rights, you may choose to terminate your account. Continued use after notice implies acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Communications
You agree to receive service-related notifications and announcements from us via email. However, you may opt out of receiving newsletters.
10. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Transfer or sell access to the Services.
- Use the Services to offer third-party services without permission.
- Use the Services for illegal purposes, spam, or transmission of offensive material.
- Publish copyrighted material without authorization.
11. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Services. CraftingHR does not claim ownership over your data but requires limited access to your content to provide the Services effectively.
12. Limitation of Liability
CraftingHR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or data, resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CraftingHR, its employees, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
14. Arbitration and Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration under the laws of Mumbai, India. The arbitration will be conducted in Mumbai, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
15. Suspension and Termination
CraftingHR may suspend your account for illegal activities or violations of the Terms. If not resolved within 30 days, your account will be terminated. In the case of voluntary termination, notify support@easyhrworld.com.
16. Trademark and Intellectual Property
"CraftingHR," "EasyHR," and their logos are trademarks of Crafting HR Software Solutions LLP. You are not permitted to use these trademarks without prior permission.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." CraftingHR makes no warranties regarding the uptime, security, or reliability of the Services.
