Monetary Incentives: These include rewards such as merit pay, bonuses, stock options, perks, vouchers, and benefits, with a maximum limit of INR 50,000.

Non-Monetary Incentives: These are recognition-based incentives aimed at boosting morale. They are designed to fulfill employees’ self-esteem and personal growth needs, underscoring the value of acknowledgment beyond financial rewards.
