Search for the position that matches the qualifications and skills of the candidate you wish to refer.
Complete the Referral Form:
Fill out the referral form, ensuring all details (such as the candidate’s name, contact information, and qualifications) are accurate and valid.
HR Review:
Once submitted, HR will review the candidate’s details. If the candidate is deemed suitable for the role, they will receive an email with a direct link to apply for the position.
Types of Leave
Annual Leave (Paid Time Off – PTO)
Eligibility: Full-time employees are entitled to a set number of PTO days each year. Part-time employees may receive prorated leave based on their working hours.
Accrual: Leave is accrued over the course of the year, with the exact number of days determined by employee tenure and seniority.
Usage: PTO can be used for vacations, personal time, or other personal matters, and must be requested in advance through the HR system.
Sick Leave
Eligibility: All employees are eligible for sick leave when unable to work due to illness, injury, or medical appointments.
