Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in streamlining the hiring process while ensuring alignment with key business objectives. You will be responsible for meeting recruitment targets, as set by the VP of Talent Acquisition, and will have access to top-tier hiring tools and software to support your efforts.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Empathize with candidates and create a seamless hiring experience.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency.

  • Explore innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

  • Uphold ethical hiring practices and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & mentor a team of over X recruiters, ensuring performance excellence.

  • Oversee the entire talent acquisition strategy, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Act as a knowledge hub and provide guidance on best hiring practices.

  • Directly report to the VP and uphold the highest level of professionalism.

  • Lead weekly reporting meetings, providing data-driven insights and hiring metrics.

  • Drive innovation in recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong fluency in English (both written and verbal) to communicate effectively.

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment software, talent systems, and hiring platforms.

  • Excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • MBA is mandatory for this role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
